These aren't full-sized turnips; they're about as big as a golf ball each. They taste pretty much like turnip versions of sauerkraut. I'm not much of a sauerkraut fan, so I doubt I'll be eating more than the one I had, at least straight from the jar. The sales clerk told me they're very good on sandwiches, so I'll try them that way sometime.
