Hunter bacon is halfway between U.S. bacon and Canadian bacon. It appears to be a specific brand of Polish bacon, and I found this in a Polish deli. The taste is about halfway between U.S. and Canadian bacons, or like prosciutto.
To oven bake like in the photo, cook for about ten minutes at 400 degrees preheated.
