Coyoty eats shrimp pesto pizza and fries.

At Gio's Restaurant & Lounge in Wethersfield, CT.  Photos taken at the restaurant, but food eaten at home.


Shrimp pesto pizza

Shrimp, red onion, mozzarella, and pesto sauce.

One of the better shrimp pizzas I've had. The shrimp was juicy, not undercooked, not rubbery, and not breaded.
