Chinese y Peruvian con fusion

I had an hour to kill before seeing Spider-Man 3 tonight, so I tried a restaurant near the theatre called Nicole's Chifa Restaurant, which serves a fusion of Chinese and Peruvian cuisine.  The food is inexpensive, authentic, and plentiful.  I ordered the "chaupa especial", which was pork, chicken, and shrimp mixed with fried rice, and they brought me a plate with enough that two people would have trouble finishing it.  I had to leave most of it because I was full.  It only cost $10.  The only drink they serve is a Peruvian soda called Inca Kola.  It's simple fare, but good, and I look forward to trying all their sandwiches and other selections.
