Coyoty eats sour mustard.

CTF Brand sour mustard, bought from A Dong Supermarket in West Hartford, CT.  A product of Thailand.

Ingredients include mustard, salt, sugar, water, sodium metabisulfite (E223), sodium benzoate (E211), food coloring tartrazine (E102), FD & Yellow No. 5.

This is the actual mustard plant, not the condiment.  It looks like cabbage, and I ate it like cabbage, but it tastes only a little like cabbage.  It does taste somewhat mustardy, but not as much as the condiment.  It also tasted a little like Brussels sprouts.  Because of all the salt in it, and the sourness, after eating it it was like I had eaten a bag of salt and vinegar potato chips, but not as dry, of course.  There was also a little bit of a peanuty aftertaste.  It was still surprisingly good, and I wouldn't turn it down if offered it again.
