Wolfberries are related to tomatoes and look like a cross between cherry tomatoes and peppers before drying. Dried, they resemble red raisins, but they're much drier than raisins. They taste like a cross between dried tomatoes and raisins, and almost like craisins.
According to Wikipedia, wolfberries are like a superfruit, high in almost everything that's good for you.
They're not bad dried, but they're really intended to be added to cooked food, and that's what I'll save them for.
