I couldn't find any translated ingredients, but I assumed it was some kind of shredded vegetables. According to the description of a similar product I found here, spicy sansi is made up of "Pickled mustard tuber, turnip, kohlrabi, salad oil, salt, hot pepper, cooking wine, Ace-K, sodium dehydroacetate, potassium sorbate, I+G, Monosodium Glutamate, EDTA, Citric Acid, Lactic Acid, Turmeric Yellow". It is described as " Lactate-fermented, delicious and crisp. Great with congee, noodles, bread, steamed bun etc." I'm having it with steak and mashed potatoes.
The taste isn't bad. It's nothing special, though. It's similar to spices and vegetables I've had in various Chinese take-out items.
