Coyoty makes a pan-fried lamb shoulder chop.

With seasoned corn. Adapted from an adaptation from "Serves One: Super Meals for Solo Cooks".

Rub both sides of a lamb chop with garlic and season with salt and pepper. Heat 2 tbsp. vegetable oil in a skillet on medium high to high and brown the chop about a minute on each side. Reduce heat to medium and cook for another 4 minutes for medium-rare (2 minutes less for rare and 2 minutes more for well). Squeeze lemon over it just before serving if you like.
