Coyoty bakes Vermont harvest bread.

From this recipe from King Arthur Flour, using my bread machine to make the dough. I included the curry, and brushed the loaf with dark corn syrup to hold the outside pumpkin seeds.

It came out flatter than I wanted, probably because of too much moisture, but it's still thick enough. And it fits nicely in a gallon resealable bag.

It has a nice sweet nutty taste, almost peanutty, which I attribute to the pumpkin seeds, I can't resist picking the toasted seeds off the crust and eating them by themselves. I haven't toasted the bread yet, but I'm looking forward to it.
