Sesame mochi

Sesame mochi (package)Japanese style sesame mochi from Soft Indicator Food Co., LTD. of Taiwan.  Purchased at A Dong Supermarket in West Hartford, CT.

Ingredients include maltose, sugar, glutinous rice powder, sesame, sesame paste (sesame, peanut, red bean, sugar, glucose, emulsifiers (sucrose ester)), and sorbic acid (preservative).

I like the sesame-coated glutinous rice, but not the filling.  I've had red bean in limited amounts, and now that I've had this much of it, I'm sure I don't like it.  It tastes too much like refried beans, which are okay in a burrito, but not in a sweet snack.
