When I was at the key lock for the building's parking lot, I realized I'd forgotten my cell phone, so I backed up... and my left mirror didn't. I didn't realize how close it was to the lock's metal arm, and it got torn off, so I had to take the day off from work to get it replaced.
When I went back to my apartment to call work and find a repair shop, the building's elevator broke and wouldn't move. It didn't get fixed until I after I returned from the auto body shop in the afternoon. I also found out that a washer and dryer have also broken, and Sunday is laundry day.
Thursday, PayPal had denied a claim for an eBay item I didn't receive, because the seller supposedly had evidence that I did receive it. This afternoon I called FedEx to get more information to appeal, and found that while the seller told PayPal I got the item, he collected on a claim from FedEx because I didn't. I passed this information on to PayPal and hopefully they'll reverse the decision. The seller was also very abusive and I forwarded copies of his language and threats, in which he diatribed that *I* didn't know how these things worked.
