A 43-year-old in-line skater got mad that a 4-year-old on a tricycle was using "his" path at Stamford's Cove Park in Conn., and deliberately body-slammed the kid's father, who was shielding his two sons from him.  The skater fell down and threw his helmet and water bottle at the father.  Onlookers called police.  The skater argued that the kid was in an area designated for skaters, but police informed him the path was for everyone.  Figures they'd take the kid's side.

He did. First he yelled at the father and told him to get the kid out of the "skaters'" lane, and came back later to ram them because he believed he had the right of way. Must be off-road rage.

I don't remember if you were with us when Hi-4 did the Juvenile Diabetes event there, but that path did not look like it had any reservations.
