Sago pearls in coconut milk. Made by Mong Lee Shang of Taiwan. Purchased at A Dong Supermarket in West Hartford, CT.

"Ingredients : water 62.4%, sago 25%, cane sugar 10%, coconut powder 1.6%, non-dairy cream 1% {glucose syrup, hydrogenated palm kernel oil, sodium caseinate (milk protein), natural flavor, dipotassium phosphate, sodium alumino silicate, salt}
!allergy advice : contains milk protein"

Sago is a starch made from the sago palm and is similar to tapioca.  In this case, the sago pearls were raindrop shaped and were like a firmer tapioca.  It tasted as you would expect tapioca in reconstituted coconut milk would taste.
