Chinese Boomcorn

In China and other Asian countries, they make instant popcorn and puffed rice on the streets by heating the kernels under pressure and letting them all burst at once.  Supposedly all the kernels pop uniformly with no waste.  Some vendors go door-to-door offering to pressure-pop residents' corn and rice.  I'm surprised no one's come up with a home popper that does this.
