Coyoty eats Trader Joe's Black Forest ham and Swiss croissant sandwiches.

I don't know if it was intentional, but Trader Joe's freezing ham and Swiss croissant sandwiches, and their being heated results in a bit of molecular gastronomy. When heated, the inside cheese blends with the croissant bread and moisture from melting ice to form a sort of cheese soufflé. Some people may like it, some may not, but it was unexpected and didn't look like the package photo. I liked it. I wish there was more ham in the sandwiches, though.
