Normally I don't like pea soup, but I couldn't let "Rich's Famous" go unchallenged. Rich has earned his bragging rights, because this is a damned good soup. It's a little thinner than other pea soups, but more savory and spicy, with chunks of ham and carrots instead of little bits. What's even better is the grilled Swiss on rye dunked into it.
