Yote Button

Coyoty eats a bánh bao.

Vietnamese pork dumpling. From A Dong Supermarket in West Hartford, CT.

Ingredients include flour, milk, sugar, salt, ground pork, onion, garlic, water chestnuts, pepper, dried woodears (a type of tree fungus), egg, and Chinese sausage.

"Bánh bao" means "covering cake".  This is a steamed bun with the dough covering the above ingredients.  Everything but the egg is mixed together, and the egg is separate.  It's like a dough-covered pork meatloaf with an egg on top inside.  The supermarket makes them onsite. It's ready to eat as is, but I think it's better warmed up.
