A student at the Bonny Eagle High School was ordered back to his seat and denied his diploma because he bowed and blew a kiss to his family when called up.  The school's superintendent says she's just enforcing behavior rules and is justified in withholding the diploma.  His mother (and apparently everyone other than the school satrapy) is outraged that the boy's actions would be considered misbehavior or warrant withholding his diploma, and demands amends.  Parents want a review of the policies and judgment of the school administration.
