Manga collector Christopher Handley faces 20 years in prison and classification as a sex offender for owning an "obscene" Japanese comic book.  In 2007, Iowa postal inspectors intercepted his comics shipment and determined its contents to be obscene.  The Comic Book Legal Defense Fund is helping his defense.
