Coyoty eats pistachio crisps.

TrueNorth Pistachio Crisps, purchased at Wal-Mart in Bristol, CT.

Ingredients include pistachios, wheat flour, corn starch, wheat gluten, brown sugar, expeller pressed sunflower oil, whey protein isolate, tapioca starch, sea salt, monocalcium phosphate, sodium bicarbonate, and soy lecithin.  The bag warns that they were made with equipment than also processes peanuts and other tree nuts.

These are crackers embedded with lots of pistachio pieces.  The cracker portion taste a little bit like a cross of Ritz and milk crackers.  The pistachio bits are what really make the cracker good.  I was going to wait until I could eat them with dip, but I got hungry and it's a good thing I didn't wait.  I think they're better without it.

According to the TrueNorth website, they also make peanut crisps and almond crisps, but I didn't see any at the Wal-Mart I went to.  I hope I can find those too.
