Ubisoft has implemented an interesting method to discourage pirates of its game "Michael Jackson: The Experience" for Nintendo DS.  The game's software checks to make sure it's a legitimate copy playing on a legitimate device.  If not, you hear vuvuzelas throughout the game, which makes it unplayable as a music-based game and very annoying.

I don't know what's more sick? The use of vuvuzelas as an anti-piracy device, or the fact that they made a game based on MJ's life.
