Roast beef sandwich and a Grown-Up ginger aleRoast beef sandwich with garlic mayo, lettuce, tomato, and onion, and a Grown-Up Soda ginger ale. From Tunxis Community College's Corner Cafe in Farmington, CT. Soda produced by Utmost Brands, Inc., NY, NY.

Soda ingredients: purified sparkling water, cane sugar, ginger root extract and other natural flavors, citric acid, and caramelized sugar (for color).

Some natural ginger ales are actually ginger beers, but this one is correctly named. It's lighter than a ginger beer, but tastes more like ginger than the artificially flavored brands, with a lingering tingling. As the label says, it's dry and not too sweet.

Come to PC5 and have my (Well, it's Old Wolf's recipe, with liberties taken) ginger ale. It's got some real kick.
